From a long familial line of carpenters, Lowell Wise, founder of Wise Choice Home Inspections, has a genuine passion for the building industry.  With over 25 years of construction and remodeling experience, it just made sense to Lowell to bring his knowledge and hands-on expertise to the home inspection field. 

 

His resume starts at the age of 18 when he worked as a carpenter for several construction companies framing houses for over a decade, then he owned his own remodeling company for almost 12 years.  His experience and detail-oriented nature landed him a job with a high-end production builder as a superintendent and later he inspected roofs for the State of Texas.  Perhaps the most impressive accomplishment is building his own home in 2004 with the exception of roof installation and pouring of the foundation, he did all of it by himself, every board, pipe and wire!
